Ulrike Kuchler

Ulrike Kuchler holds the position of Associate Professor at the Department of Oral Surgery at the University Dental Clinic of the Medical University of Vienna. She studied general medicine (MD) and dentistry(title DMD) at the Medical University of Vienna, where she also started her clinical and scientific career in 2007 under the guidance of Professor George Watzeka.

In 2011, she continued her professional growth under the guidance of Professor Daniel Buser at the Department of Oral Surgery and Implantology at the University of Bern, Switzerland, where she worked until 2015, when she returned to the Medical University of Vienna. Ulrike Kuchler has been running a private dental office in Vienna since 2015, focusing on oral surgery, implantology and conservative procedures for dental implants. In addition to clinical

and scientific works (h-index: 15, with more than 30 publications), Ulrike Kuchler is very involved in education

and regularly conducts courses on oral surgery, implantology and augmentation procedures.

As a member of the subcommittee attached to the EAO commission for education, as a junior international delegate of the Austrian Society of Implantology, and as the coordinator of the ITI study club for Austria, Dr. Kuchler is very involved in educational programs in the field of implantology.
